Where is the conference held?

The NASTC Conference will be held at the Omni Hotel in Nashville, TN.

Where is the registration fee?

The attendee registration fee is $495.00 per person. To register as a vendor, please contact PJ Park (pj.park@nastc.com) for pricing information.

Are hotel accommodations included in the registration fee?

Hotel accommodations and travel expenses are not included in the registration fee. We do have a discounted room rate with the Omni if you reserve your room(s) in our rooming block via the registration website. You will be asked if you would like to book a room after you complete the Conference registration.

Is there a single-day registration available?

No, you will need to register for the entire event.

Are the meals included?

Yes, we do offer dinner on Thursday. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided on Friday. Breakfast and lunch are also provided on Saturday for all registered and enrolled attendees. Please check the agenda for times and availability.

How can I request special needs or dietary restrictions?

If you have special needs and/or dietary restrictions, please let us know when registering or by contacting Debbie Lamberson at 800.264.8580.

How much is parking at the Omni?

The Omni offers a $35/daily self-park rate and a $60/daily valet rate.

Is there a dress code?

While we suggest sharp casual or business casual attire as appropriate for the event, please feel free to dress as you feel most comfortable.

What are the conference credentials?

Your badge is your “ticket” into all conference activities (sessions, exhibitions, meals and receptions). Badges must be worn at all times and are not transferable at any time.

What time zone is the event being held in?

The event will be held in Central Standard Time.

What is the cancellation/refund policy for conference registration(s)?

We can provide you with a full refund for cancellations up to 5 business days prior to the event.

If I'm unable to attend the conference, can someone substitute for me?

Yes. Registrations may be transferred to another employee in your company.
